Review Time
The cookers are appalling. The door keeps coming loose and the grill element keeps dropping. The housing is out of shape. We have just had to have an engineer out for the 5th time and it isn't even a year old. I would give minus stars if I could.
Sorriest excuse for a dishwasher ever experienced. Brand new dishwasher leaves half the dishes dirty each time. I load properly, leaving extra space because it's so useless, settings correct, salt & rinse aid all present and correct. But it's like the jets don't reach some of the dishes or it seems to spray dirty water around and leaves encrusted debris. The thing is not fit for purpose. I'm not sure how it got to market. Avoid at all costs. It will just waste a huge amount of your time in washing up.
They said i was not home after waiting for them all day long. I called to reproram after waiting 1 month and they said i have to wait one more month and I have to pay 70 Euro because I was not home, which is not true because I was waiting for them, they had my phone number and they didnt call. Shame on you, i will never buy again from you!
FDR22i3CBought this 18 months ago as my 15yr old Smeg fridge freezer finally died. It had been through three house moves travelling from one part of the country to the other. I couldn’t afford the almost 2K price of a new one so opted for a cheap lookalike which though much smaller this one is. It still works and Ive had no problems until now when I tried to buy a replacement door galley for holding milk. Customer service is non existent and despite repeated emails no one gets back to me. After reading some of these reviews I see I can count myself lucky I’ve had 18 months out of it before trouble starts.
Honestly I'm shocked at the amount of customer complaints. Thought it was just us. Totally crap customer services, fridge freezer only 8 months old broke down nearly 4 weeks ago. Been shoved from pillar to post. Couldn't make it up! Never buy Amica products again !
Warning return policy so bad .Bought a coat to spend a small credit note & paid the rest with PayPal.Coat was too big & no smaller sizes ,so got a dress instead which didn’t fit right.Now they are refusing for me to exchange.Disgusting what on earth am I meant to do with the dress.I really hope customers stop supporting this shop because of their unfair policy .
Bought a amica dishwasher and it has gone wrong from day one.Now the PCB has gone been intouch via email and they wanted £ 149 to come out and have a look and then side that I would be better off just buying a new one from them.Terrible customer service. Think I will go back to a bosch in future never had a problem for nearly 20years.Will not be buying again.
We brought an amica gas hob (glass))one year ago and it exploded while I was cooking and it’s still under warranty.when we contacted the company they refused the replacement.The answer they gave to us is unbelievable.they said they don’t give warranty for the glass.is there anyone heard about exploding the glass hob while cooking?I don’t think so.so it’s your own safety no one should buy a glass hob from amica.it can take your life.
