The system struggles to achieve or maintain suitable humidity levels, especially during early growth stages. This necessitates the use of additional equipment, contradicting the “all-in-one” claim. Poor Software and App Experience

I haven't received my product yet, but I'm already giving a 1 star review. The shipping service used is very unreliable, and I've heard numerous complaints about them. This negative experience has convinced me to avoid ordering from this company in the future.

I ordered two heaters for my greenhouse since it's larger than one can manage. With temperatures dropping into the 20s, these heaters are keeping the plants thriving. Even at the end of November, we're still harvesting tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, and strawberries. I'm satisfied with the heaters and the controllers.

I love the products, but the shipping service is terrible. Not a single box I've received has arrived undamaged. One item was broken when I returned it, and I got the same broken item back a week later. The delivery service dropped it off late at night by my garage.
