We were very happy with the smooth service. We had a slight issue with the clutch on our new van, which was dealt with straight away with delivery and pick up. Kane Holding and Mr Felton were extremely helpful and friendly. We are very happy with our new van!
We arranged to test drive a van upon seeing it online. We took a gamble it would be available as we saw it online but didn't put down a refundable deposit (recommended if you have a specific van in mind). We arrived and we were greeted by Calvin. After a few formalities we test drove the van, loved it then decided to go ahead. The process was carefully explained by Calvin- paperwork all online- very quick and easy to do. We decided to take extended warranty but was under no pressure to do so! The car was delivered to our house yesterday and we are really pleased. Calvin made the purchase very easy, whilst being friendly and not at all pushy. The driver was very pleasant and efficient. We would recommend Anchor Vans for their fantastic service and Calvin for his time and making it very easy to process. Thank you.
