Kane was a great professional to deal with. He was not trying to oversell, but he really wanted to look for something that suits me. A week after buying at Anchor Vans, Kane is still available for some follow up if I need, he seems to really care that I bought the correct vehicle for my need. Great service from start to finish. Chris was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. After reserving the van there was a lot of maintenance done by them before I had paid a penny. Nice to have a company that cares about giving you can that works and isn’t going to just survive the first couple months and then gives up! They also delivered the can to Carlisle which was a very easy and smooth handover process! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their next van!
Lots of vans on site that’s the good bit. Bought a transit custom allegedly fully serviced. Oil pouring out of the bottom of the engine. It was a loose oil filter. Incompetent beyond extreme. van had no fuse box cover 6 months later after sending we the wrong parts and going back twice I bought my own. Lots of other issues useless don’t want to know. Worst thing now is I found out it does not tow what they told me. I’ve been driving round breaking the law! They now say we never discussed towing weights. Lies lies lies. I have witnesses.Wish I had just gone to ford it would have been cheaper. Avoid like the plague!
