So delighted with our stunning new kitchen, utility room, flooring and appliances, bought from Anderson’s Kilmarnock and fitted by David, who was recommended by Anderson’sIt’s absolutely amazing and the transformation is even better than I expected.We worked with Caitlin Young and her eye for detail is excellent so much so, I had forgotten about some of the things we’d planned. David, recommended by Caitlin, was the right choice for carrying out the work and the whole kitchen is immaculate. The quartz is just stunning and suits the units and the flooring perfectly. I had the walls tiled and I’m delighted with the whole overall effect. I would definitely recommend Anderson’s to anyone thinking about a new kitchen refit.Thanks again from a very happy customer.
Fitter arrived on time, worked continuously with rare breaks. Existing kitchen completely removed in first day. All delivery of new units and and removal of old items on time. Chris, our fitter kept us fully informed and made sure disruption of services were kept to a minimum. Standard of work and finishing very high. Job completed on time to a high standard. Well done!
After being so pleased with the customer service when we bought all our new internal doors from Andersons (Barrow in Furness) we chose them for our kitchen renovation. We couldn't have had a better experience & we have ended up with a kitchen that has far exceeded our expectations. Thanks go to James for designing the kitchen & smoothing out any changes along the way & Mike Instance, our kitchen fitter, who has done a marvellous job. We also had great support from Adam & Lisa when needed.
My wife Phyllis and I are extremely happy that we have had Andersons in Kilmarnock supply and fit our new kitchen.On our initial visit to the showroom we were greeted warmly by Kerry (kitchen designer) My wife and I (my wife mainly) explained to Kerry what our requirements for a new kitchen were. Kerry took everything on board and arranged to visit our home to measure up and confirm the possibilities of our requirements.During the home survey Kerry explained in great detail what we could have and she asked if we had any further questions regarding the design layout. Off she went and in no time at all she sent us the plan for the new kitchen.It was an extremely professional layout with all of our requirements included. Very impressive indeed.We visited the showroom another couple of times to confirm our choices and then order. Once again Kerry greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.A mention too for Joseph who helped us greatly with our choice of the flooring and wall boarding.The installation team Cairns and Tony came to our house to carry out a pre installation survey. They made us feel straight away that they were professional kitchen installers. They explained the process and gave us an idea of how long the installation would take. The installation date was confirmed during their visit.They arrived on time on the day they said they would and carried out a brilliant installation from start to finish.They were both a pleasure to have in our house and we could not recommend their work highly enough.Stevie the flooring contractor completed our kitchen with a fabulous design and again we could not recommend him highly enough.Thanks very much to all of you for such a fabulous new kitchen.We will highly recommend Andersons to anyone in the future.
We had excellent service from this company, Stuart designed our kitchen & was very knowledgeable helping us choose our cabinets, splash back, appliances, flooring etc.The joiner was Keith who was friendly & pleasant, very passionate about his work.We would recommend Andersons 100%.
Went into Andersons with only an idea of what we didn’t want for our new kitchen! Kerry kindly gave us some brief information regarding their product and left us to browse as long as we wanted without pressure. Immediately Kerry’s approach appealed to us. When we did find a kitchen we felt would work for us Kerry could answer any questions with definitive and knowledgeable answers. We knew then we had came to right place for us. Kerry designed our kitchen which was exactly as we wanted in style and shape. Any changes we wanted were made with ease on the day of our appointment. We were so pleased with the service and knowledge we received from Kerry we felt confident to buy our kitchen from Anderson’s without comparing to other companies. We were also replacing all our appliances and Kerry provided us with plenty of options from all price ranges. At no point did we feel any pressure to opt for the higher cost items. Kerry was so helpful and approachable and even when we had anything at all we wanted to change it was never a problem and we 100% got exactly what we asked for. We opted to have our fitting by Anderson’s too and I would honestly say this was the best decision ever! Stuart and Jamie from MSC were amazing from start to finish! Seriously nothing at all was a problem! Whatever we wanted we got 100%. Stuart dealt directly with Kerry during the fit if he needed anything which was a great bonus for us. Nothing at any point since we walked into Anderson’s until Stuart and Jamie finished our kitchen was ever a problem. We would 100% recommend Kerry and Stuart and Jamie from MSC but please make sure you have a great supply of biscuits as Jamie really loves a wee biscuit or two! We can genuinely say we have had a faultless experience.
Went to the Carlisle branch to look at kitchens and internal doors. Both kitchen sales and timber sales people were extremely knowledgable and friendly. They made our experience easy and pleasant. Great quality kitchen and internal doors which were fitted to a great standard by one of their fitters who was amazing in terms of his attention to detail and workmanship. Had a slight issue with being credited for some items we returned but hopefully this will be resolved soon . We now have a fabulous modern kitchen and new doors throughout our house which look amazing - thank you to everyone associated with the Carlisle branch.
We are delighted with our new kitchen. Caitlyn was so lovely and helpful working on the design She listened and understood exactly what I wanted but was confident suggesting different finishing touches. All of the staff in store were very helpful anytime I popped in Also Paul and his full team (plasterers etc) were all amazing doing the prep and installation. More than happy to carryout unexpected changes (we decided to remove a wall when the old kitchen was ripped out). They worked very hard, tidying every evening before heading home and have finished my kitchen to a very high standard. I can't praise them enough. Thank you, Helen McCall
