Had a positive experience with the service. The tiles are of high quality and were delivered promptly. Although a few were damaged during transit, the representative was very helpful and continuously arranged for replacements until everything arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the effort and excellent service — would definitely use them again.
The panels arrived damaged. We requested a refund or replacement after inspecting the boxes, but the process is highly inconvenient. It would take over an hour to check everything in front of the delivery team, which isn't practical. The packaging stated we had 24 hours to report issues, and we did so promptly! Unfortunately, we did not receive the expected replacement from the delivery team. Very unsatisfied!

I had to order additional tiles as the original ones cracked easily. The large size meant a hefty second delivery. I was given an expected delivery date, but the confirmation email stated 'sorry, error'. The tracking number showed no movement! I called the support team, and they said they would check in and get back to me. Four hours later, I was waiting to collect the pallet with no follow-up, no tiles, and the tiler scheduled to return tomorrow with nothing to do. I haven't heard back yet but received an update from the delivery service indicating delivery is expected this afternoon.
I recently spent over £400 on some acoustic panels that I am satisfied with. However, after spending an additional £200 on extras, I found out the shelves were incompatible with the panels. Now, I am told I must pay for the return. Extremely disappointing service; I won't be using this company again due to the lack of customer support and care for repeat business.
