Highly disappointed with the service and order handling.

I am feeling very frustrated and annoyed after placing an order in October for a birthday gift. My payment was processed, but after reaching out, I learned it was a pre-order and the item wasn’t available. Now, in December, my money is still with the company, and I haven't received my item. I've contacted them multiple times, but the customer service has been extremely unsatisfactory.
