I purchased an Anker charger in October 2024 through DEXIMPO International Limited (invoice no: DILINV2024012981). Unfortunately, the product stopped working within the 18-month warranty period. When I claimed the warranty, the experience turned into a nightmare.
First, I was told the item was out of stock and was asked to pay an additional 1,000 BDT or more to get a different model. When I requested a fresh warranty for the new product (since I was paying extra), they refused. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to replace my original product.
It has now been almost a month, and there is no sign of the replacement. The sales representative has stopped responding to my messages and calls. When I reached out to another person, I was told they don’t provide any timeframe for warranty claims. This lack of accountability and professional ethics is unacceptable. I would highly advise everyone to think twice before relying on their after-sales service.
I bought an Anker 30W adapter (Type C to C) and it stopped working just after 2 weeks. And when I reached out to them they are asking to manage any courier service or physically visit the store. If I had that much time in hand I would not order online at the first go.
