I sent him photos and they were able to make my rings exact to the photos for much less than the other seller wanted. He is patient, and pays close attention to details. I have now ordered two sets of mother and daughter rings, and a larger ring with a custom diamond band. I am very satisfied. Shipping to United States was great, no problems.
The best ring buying experience of all time. I did made to order ring with the lab diamond I picked on their website. I had to remake the setting as the first time it did not turn out as I imagined. But their customer service was so patient with me and helped me create the ring I love!!! I highly recommend. I am now on the process of making second ring :)
