Bought an engagement ring and it's gorgeous! Placed an order around thanksgiving and there was additional lead time. I emailed customer service and they were very responsive and gave me peace of mind. Don't be scared of the low order confirmation #'s either!There is a tariff/duty you pay on some items (paid 28$ on a 2200$ ring) but once you receive the ring, you can email Antique Cut and they'll reimburse you. They shipped via UPS.The lab-grown diamond came with certification paperwork showing it's origin and authenticity and it came in a separate package from the ring but came on time without issue.It was a good experience and she loves the ring!
