First off, this bag is fantastic! I was drawn in by the reviews and decided to try them out. I purchased both the large and small versions and started using the larger one right away. It holds everything I need for work and more. I attach my water bottle and coffee mug to the exterior rings. Not everything requires a pocket. My larger laptop fits nicely in the sleeve without being crammed, allowing it to hang more naturally while carrying. I appreciate the hidden rain cover in the bag. I love that I can carry it my way, without having to rearrange my belongings. The only minor issue is that the interior color clashes a bit with the bag's red. But it does provide high visibility. I did reach out to the customer service for tracking information on my order, but I didn't receive a response after waiting two business days and following up. My order arrived coincidentally when I got home, but the tracking emails came after my order arrived. This would have been a bigger issue if my order hadn't shown up, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The bag itself deserves 5 stars.
I received an incomplete order (only accessories, no bag) and reached out to the company via email, but only received auto replies without follow-up. The company's phone line goes straight to voicemail. After initiating a chargeback, I got an email with false information claiming I hadn't contacted them before. The representative seemed to be from a processing firm in Montana. The entire situation feels suspicious; I still haven't received my bag or any direct response from the company. I've also tried reaching out on social media and even contacted the property manager of their shared office space, but couldn't get in touch with anyone.
