Scammers exploit this software

I was trying to contact support for a product. Instead, I ended up on a call with someone claiming to be official support. Before I realized it, I had given control of my desktop to the agent using this software. They provided false claims about my system being corrupted and offered to fix everything while also addressing my connectivity issues. They then acquired my credit card information for a $300 service contract. I quickly understood I was being scammed, disconnected my computer, uninstalled the software, and blocked the charge. I believe that the company should take action against this fraudulent behavior.

Quick remote support tool

As a sysadmin for years, remote system management is my daily routine. I truly value the quick connection and screen sharing features of this software, and the free version works well for most remote support scenarios. It’s a solid choice for remote assistance, but if you need comprehensive remote administration and monitoring, it lacks advanced features. However, for simple remote support, it remains a good option in the market.

Poor communication from the company

I have had a frustrating experience with the company, receiving generic emails that lack clarity. I renewed my license in October, but now I find myself blocked and unable to connect to my work computer. Despite sending three emails and several phone attempts, I have not received any help. Since November 27th, I have been unable to connect for work. I just want a representative to look into my account and resolve the issue, as this is affecting my finances and mental health. I've been with this company since 2022; why is there a problem now?

Software is outdated and ineffective

It was a complete waste of time discovering that the software is already outdated and does not support modern operating systems. It forces you to use an older mode to connect.

Was great initially but now frustrating

It was excellent for a couple of years when personal use was truly free as advertised. However, I’ve recently faced consecutive long waiting periods despite not using it for work. I tried to get whitelisted, but unfortunately, there was no response.

Only ONE user allowed at a time!

We signed up expecting to have 5 users online. We paid over $500, which is nearly the same as competitors. What was not clearly stated, buried in legal jargon, is that only one user is allowed on the platform at a time! Why would anyone sign up for multiple users if only one can use it at once? We immediately requested cancellation and a refund. They agreed to cancel the re-subscription in a year, but we are seeking a refund for the unused portion, which is over 11 months.

Zero customer support

There is absolutely no customer support. The subscription plan and pricing remain the same, but the functionality changed this year. Last year, I could access three devices, but now I can only access one after renewal. I’ve emailed customer support three times with no reply, and when I called, I was told to email the support team. It feels like I'm going in circles without any resolution.

Used to be good but now disappointing

I used this app since before the pandemic, and it was great until they implemented features to pressure you into subscribing or finding alternatives. I have since found something better and I'm glad I did. Greed has ruined this application.
