I was able to quickly find the information I needed to renew my subscriptions and enough information to let me know I may have purchased more than I actually needed. When I asked after the fact, they were quick to let me know that it was likely I had given my usage and they would be glad to assist if I decided to reduce the number of purchases. So many companies would ignore my question or tell me that next renewal, I may want to recalculate.

Exceptional software for managing my book collection. You can create multiple collections within the software. It allows you to add various details about your books, with more features than I might ever utilize. A standout feature is the ability to scan ISBN codes using your phone to add new books to the web app. Adding unique or non-ISBN books is easier compared to other software. Initially, importing my existing database was challenging, but the support team provided excellent assistance. It's a shame only 5 stars are available.
