Review Time
Normally the service is as advertised, swift and efficient. Not this time, the package was mailed on the 19th of December and arrived on the 5th of January. Not sure what happened this time but the package sat in Ohio for 5 days and then sat for 5 more days in Midlands UK. No explanation of why. Used this service several times during the holidays and throughout different times of the year and this was the worst. I understand that there may have been conditions out of your control but the service was not as advertised as it has been in the past every single time.
I have chosen to deliver to the service point ensuring successful delivery. DHL said my parcel is out for delivery yesterday and ended up as delivery failed as the point has been closed at 19:00. I am living right behind the delivery point and could see they are opening until 23:00. Fake delivery and I don’t know if my parcel still even exists.
Lied for 20 days saying address incomplete, then miraculously you found us yesterday and threw 2 bottles of gin over my 8 ft gate and never rung the bell…. SO WHO FIRSTLY IS GOING TO PAY FOR THIS AND THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT!! So not only have you deprive people of the hard earned money to buy gifts you’re now taking the profits of small businesses…well done DHL. Is It the lies? Is it because you pay so badly or put stupid goals on your agency staff, who get paid either way wether they do the job or not? So everyone else suffers because ALL the mangers and CEO don’t care, I hope you all suffer too and realise what a poor Christmas you have given to hundreds of thousands of people and business you will probably have destroyed in the wake of your incompetence!!!Thank for your reply!!! Great get out of jail clause….. well FYI you contract out this work so as a Symbiont company you are as liable as e-commerce thanks for your ignorance and lack of response
