Review Time
Delivered to the complete wrong address, no idea where. Not a close-by neighbour, I don't even recognise the property pictured in the "proof of delivery" photo. A £300 Christmas present I paid £18 extra for delivery in time for Christmas only to have this happen. Beyond upset.
I would not recommend this rubbish company. I bought a soundbar from cashconverters. The item collection from store was heavily delayed. My final delivery time as been extended to Monday I paid for express delivery 6 days prior. I told the store I dont want the product im not paying for that and iv constantly tried finding away to speak to somebody at dhl all I can say is what a joke there company actually is how are they still a viable company today?
I made an expensive order to come from america. I requested this delivery to have a signature upon delivery due to the cost of the item. This parcel was simply left infront of my front door out in the open for anyone walking past my house to see amd potentially steal with no signature given upon delivery. The delivery driver has obviously forged a random signature as nobody gave him one. Shocking!!!
