THIS review is about the GLS affiliated parcelshop in Longford Named "Escape Internet Cafe". I went in with my parcel and they told me to leave the parcel without scanning the barcode. I demanded a reciept and they told me nobody could do it and added don't worry the parcel will be sent. I decided not to leave my parcel in the end.
Two Xmas presents sitting with them since 19th Dec in Dublin warehouse, although dispatched on the 8th dec and doing literally a reverse type march through Europe to get here, now the 9th Jan and hasn't moved from Dublin. Phonecalls and emails all ignored. So many many many similar stories, hmmmmmmm, WHERE ARE ALL THESE ITEMS 🤬🤬🤬😡
Delivered to the complete wrong address, no idea where. Not a close-by neighbour, I don't even recognise the property pictured in the "proof of delivery" photo. A £300 Christmas present I paid £18 extra for delivery in time for Christmas only to have this happen. Beyond upset.
