Review Time
I arranged for my parcel to be left in the garage as I would be out. However, I received a message stating it couldn't be delivered due to no one being home. When I returned (not on the scheduled day), it was left outside my front door. Very poor internal communication!
This review has been a long time coming! From day 1, Cass has been such a support in so many different ways. Through the high and the lows, her advice has been real, straight forward but also wrapped in love and genuine care. Being a teacher is a busy and high stress job so sometimes it's easy to cop out at a drive through instead of meal prepping. It's easier to mark books than to take a walk during my lunch break. Yes life happens, but we have goals - keep your eye on the target and that is what a coach does; gives you the tools to overcome what you once made excuses for yourself. I am getting married in 2 months and I look the best and feel the best I have ever looked in 10 years. My mind works differently from how it used to. I am far more conscious about the choices I make and actually the best change is to see how my loved ones have joined the bandwagon and they are looking their best selves too. I can't thank Cass enough! I have been on the programme for the last 7 moths and I have gone from a 37" waist to a steady 27-28" waist! I can't believe it when I look at my pictures. Take pictures!! Cannot be stressed enough. If you feel like you've tried it all but you're still not seeing results - try FitnessVWork! Cass is not only a coach but she has made herself a supportive friend. Working with Cass for past 3 months has been great for my fitness journey. Her motivation and advice have really pushed me to my limit. I’ve seen so much progress since being coached by her! Honestly if you get the privilege to work with Cass you won’t be disappointed! Your goals are her goals (trust me haha). Great coach ! Nearly 4 weeks waiting for GLS to deliver shoes. But 2 of those weeks, GLS has the package sitting in sorting. Another order from a different company took 6 days when it should have been 2. I would encourage companies to NOT USE GLS, unless you want unhappy customers. Don't bother trying to call either you will get cut off if the que is more than 40 people which is usually is. GLS has not provided any responses or reason either.
Really disappointed in GLS service. Christmas presents in transit since 10th December (within Ireland), no update for 3 days and impossible to get hold of them. Wanted to support an Irish business this Christmas and this has really put me off.
