I made an expensive order to come from america. I requested this delivery to have a signature upon delivery due to the cost of the item. This parcel was simply left infront of my front door out in the open for anyone walking past my house to see amd potentially steal with no signature given upon delivery. The delivery driver has obviously forged a random signature as nobody gave him one. Shocking!!!
I was very impressed with my delivery. I received regular updates and my parcel was delivered within the time frame. The driver was very pleasant and explained that he needed to take a photo of the delivery. Checked the details with me. A very speedy and efficient service particularly at this time of year. Absolutely disgusted with DHL. If there was another way of getting my parcels delivered i would choose a different company. Twice this has happened now within 2 months. They claim they have delivered my parcel and I have not received anything from them. I spent on both occasions indoors. Absolutely useless. My guess is the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver.
