My package was damaged by GLS and when I contacted them he customer services they told me I just had to wait until they got back to me. This is not acceptable no time frame was given and furthermore they damaged my package clearly showing no care and attention for my package. This is not my first bad experience with GLS the last time they took 3 weeks to deliver my package and each day they would update the tracking saying it was out fir delivery then saying it could not delivered. What an absolute joke of a company. The problem is GLS have not delivered my package they just updated the tracking saying “there has been an incident so my package could not be delivered!” I had to call your customer service to find out that you had damaged my package and you gave me absolutely no information as to what happen or what resolution will be put in place.
Wouldn’t recommend joining. Too many Low caliber members and inexperienced leadership. The community is claimed to be a community of entrepreneurs but the community managers are not entrepreneurs. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a networking group. In another instance, I shared business financial matters with a member. Later on the member shared the items with the community manager. In response, the community manager reached out to me and showed annoyance and anger, displeased that community members in a business networking group were disscusing a mutual and contractual proposals. This is considered ill fitting within a business networking group? Asking a member in a business networking group to invest in mutually benefital business venture is considered inappropriate to a community manager in a business networking organization. Someone please make that make sense.Lastly, the community manager showed preferential treatment to members with fairer skin - men and women; Allowing them to be consistently disruptive with no consequences and keeping them in the community. When conflict arose with Africans of darker skin, the community manager didn’t not extend the same conflict resolution doctrine of giving grace, but rather removed them based on the lies others told of them.
