This was a delivery of a high value watch. All comms from DHL stated quite clearly that a signature was required. I did not take up the 'delivery without a signature' option.I opened the door within seconds of the bell ringing but the driver was already on his way down the road, having tossed the package on the doormat in full view of any passers-by, likely having taken a photo of it as 'proof of delivery.' It was handled just like a cheap item from Amazon, rather than a secure delivery of a high value item.
DHL inform me that my parcel has been delivered and I get a picture of a doorway with my parcel shown, BUT it is not my doorway and I have not got my parcel. Did eventually get my parcel, but it was delivered to the wrong neighbour, ie my neighbour is at number 30 Hxxxxxx ROAD, and parcel was delivered to 30 Hxxxxx CLOSE.
