Absolutely shocking treatment. Parcel never arrived, received email stating parcel was delivered. Still not arrived, checked all around house, neighbours, i contacted company by email. Week gone by no contact made to me. I rang the customer service line, waited on the phone over an hour, when I was 3rd in line, the phone hung up. So so mad. The parcel was a birthday gift. Shocking, shocking, service.
I would advise anyone to choose a different company if possible.Nearly everyday for past 3 weeks (I know, long time to receive a parcel from Spain) I'm receiving an email saying my parcel is out for deliver only for it to be returned to the parcel centre a few hours later underthe pretext "the consignee was absent". Emailed after this happening twice, case #00386191 was created but never received a response. I called after their customer service and after waiting 65 minutes got through but reached a machine saying "blah, blah, blah, all our agents are busy, please call us back later" and hung up on me. I did not receive the parcel, it is always scanned at the warehouse but it never leaves.Emailed them again and forwarded my phone number, full address and dtailed directions (not that the address is hard to find, just to be on the safe side), most likely won't deliver.A joke of a company run by cowboys!
Very poor customer service, Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, and it wasn't delivered until Friday. Called the customer service and stay on for an hour just to speak to customer representative. And they said it will be delivered either today or tomorrow.
I was informed on Friday the 28 NOVEMBER of a 24 hour delivery delay. Nothing by 02 DECEMBER I therefore contacted the supplier directly. There is NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER of contacting DHL directly!!The supplier despatched a replacement on that day.I later received a SMS on the same day from DHL to say it had been delayed by 24 hours. Compounding the already bad situation I received yet another SMS on the 03 DECEMBER - delayed by 24 hours again!!! Unbelievable, though it may sound on 04 DECEMBER another 24 hour delay to the expected delivery - total delay now amounts to 72 [seventy two] hours = 3 [three] DAYS. Yes! 3 DAYS. DHL EXPRESS - don't think so!! the word EXPRESS is both misleading and completely and utterly incorrect. Situation made worse by the inability to contact DHL. The only redress is with the supplier who have been WONDERFUL
