Review Time
Like another review, I downloaded a game and got rewarded for all the steps until the “big pay” step which took a lot of effort. Interesting that they say it’s my fault despite the previous 7 stages paying out and tracking correctly. Complete scam, they get the rewards from the game creators and pocket it. Avoid!
I was doing an offer from my chips and all was good until it stopped crediting. The tasks stopped tracking for completing battles but for making purchases and opening the app daily it continued to work. So obviously the issue is not on my end and it's either a problem with the app, the offer, or the advertiser. It's well known that My Chips pays a lot less than other offer walls for the same offers. The thought is that they might pay less but they have a better tracking system and customer support. While it might still be true that there tends to be less issues on my chips if an issue ever does arise then good luck. I messaged support and thoroughly explained my problem and received a reply quickly. They wanted me to provide video evidence and I did. They responded and asked for me to send it again (I'm assuming they didn't understand even though it was very clear) and I did. That was a week ago now and still no response at all. No updates. No "we received your message and are investigating" nothing. It should have been a very easy problem to solve. In the end it is not worth it to do offers on their offer wall that pay much less than other walls. I would avoid them all together.
I was supposed to receive my parcel between the 12th and 13th of November. On the final delivery day (the 13th), I received an email from GLS saying it would take another 1–3 working days.Today is the 21st of November, and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered.Every time I check the tracking, it’s stuck on “final parcel center” with no updates or progress. No communication, no explanation, nothing.This is now over a week past the promised delivery date, and the service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend people stay away from this company if you need reliable and timely delivery.
Nearly everyday for the last two weeks I have received an email saying my parcel is out for deliver only for it to be returned to the parcel centre a few hours later, or for the parcel to never leave the parcel centre. I emailed after this happening twice and received no response. I called after this happened 3 times and after waiting 40 minutes got through to someone who rang the driver on the issue. They said there was no issue they just can't always deliver the parcels but swore I would receive it today on Friday the previous week. Never received it. It's been two weeks of this and nobody has attempted to deliver my parcel from the Dublin parcel centre since it arrived.What I think is happening is smaller non business parcel are not worth the trouble for drivers and their metrics so they drop it back or don't pick it and focus on larger orders. This results in my order not leaving the warehouse as nobody want the hassle of driving into the Dublin countryside.
How are these cowboys still around. Rang yesterday to say my parcel was not delivered but on there tracking saying delivered day before after 9 at night. Got parcel this morning courier fxxked over the neighbours gate. Outer packaging all ripped and inside box was all wet and destroyed. I'd stay well clear of these. If your ordering from companies il be asking who there courier company they use in future.Durt they are
I ordered an item online on the 13 November. I was informed that GLS would deliver my parcel on the 21/11...no parcel arrived and no communication from GLS. I reported this and was informed that the parcel would be delivered on the 22/11....no parcel arrived and no communication from GLS!! I informed GLS on the 23/11 that no parcel arrived. They informed me that the parcel was delivered at my address on the 22/11. I did not receive a parcel, nor did I sign any document acknowledging receipt. GLS informed me to check with my neighbours....really!!! This morning I received an email from GLS informing me that the parcel was not delivered on the 21/11 and that they would try deliver it today 25/11. This communication is contradictory and is unacceptable.
