This is one of the best services on the Zbd platform to use in my opinion. Support gets back with you very quickly and I rarely experience any issues with tracking unlike with the others. I only wish they offered more games of the kind I like. If the same game were offered on 3 different platforms, it would be my first choice to play through theirs.
Got home to find my parcel thrown into the wet garden, despite having left a nice note asking to put it in the safe place that they would have had to have walked past. At least leave it on the doorstep, please. I hope Santa doesn't get like this!
Waiting 4 weeks for a parcel from Belfast. Parcel is seemingly in the Depot but 2 weeks of emails have been ignored. Their Customer helpline keeps you on hold in the queue for 1 hour before telling you that all operators are busy and then hanging up. At this stage they have pretty much stolen our package. Do not use these carriers.
If I could give a minus star review I could. I am waiting on a parcel that they said has been delivered on the 18th of November but it hasn't! Now on tracking systems it just seems to be going around in circles. I have spent about 4 hours on the phone to them to see when am I going to get it and after exactly one hour your are hung up even though I get down to position 1 and 2 on the phone. Horrendous. This is a Santa present for my daughter, I hope I get it on time else there will be one very disappointed child on Christmas morning. The supplier can't do anything as it has come back to them saying it's delivered. I hear they are supposed to be taking over Fastway items, if this is the case god love us all!!! They just don't give a damn!
Your driver on 25th November was shown by your tracking locator to be on Kem Mill Lane very near the entrance of Chapel Fold, which is clearly marked, yet he failed to deliver and then reporting that the address was incorrect, even though the driver on the previous day put a card though the door?
