Stay away from this company - There software doesn't work, and they're completely indifferent to helping put customer and paying for what they have earned through playing their stupid boring games - That's several hours spent on a nothing game that's just useless.
If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Absolute joke of a courier service. I've been waiting for parcel that they have had for 7 days now and It still hasn't been delivered.3 times I've been told it will be put as priority next day delivery and still no parcel. All address and contact details are correct yet I have had no phone calls when they said they would. Now the latest update is that more address details are needed...... I would URGE all companies in Ireland and afar to avoid using this company at all costs
I was concerned about the delivery status of my parcel coming from Italy, as tracking had not updated in a number of days. So I contacted customer service via their email address, and I got a very quick and courteous response from a nice woman by the name of Emma Flannery, who assured me she would sort the problem and get the parcel delivered. She did, as my parcel arrived today. So in that repect, I can not fault customer service. The lady in question done a great job. However, delivery and tracking needs to be better. It is too slow, in comparison to some other delivery services. If that can be sorted, then it would be 5 stars. The 4 stars are for the customer service. Thank you.
