I found the situation very unethical and unprofessional, the driver simply does not want to deliver the package. I lost a job due to this lack of professionalism, lack of respect and mainly lack of responsibility. I simply do not recommend and will never use the service again.

So glad I got this extra guarantee after purchasing my vehicle. With a broken spring causing damage to the shocks I was relieved. What a painless process to claim! Called the authorised garage, booked in and the rest was taken care of. Would highly recommend. A usually stressful situation was taken care of quickly. Thank you so much for your service.
A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! GO AWAY IF YOU'RE THINKING TO BUY FROM THEM.More than 2 months to deliver our products, super hard to get an answer from them, you cannot choose your colors. They said they have the final word on the design which is ok why not, we choose colors such as green, orange, pink as shown in their Instagram but they said "the quality will not be there so we choose green & purple". Just because they missed an email, they launched the production and they forgot to choose the colors we wanted as indicated in our last email.It is very a bad company that promise something they cannot offer you.At the end, very bad communication since the beggining about the delivery.Everything was wrong with them, please choose another supplier, you don't need extra stress.
