I left in a parcel to a collection…

I left in a parcel to a collection point and checked the parcel tracking over a week later and it hadn't even been collected from the collection point. Called GLS and they said they dont even get the notification that the parcels have to be collected and they ahve to be notified to go and collect them. there were 6 other parcels at the collection point when I called. Absolutely useless service ran by brain donors. I thought UPS were bottom of the barrel but these take the prize for that. Avoid like the plagueUpdate 10th July. Called into the parcel drop off shop a week and a half later and they still hadn't even picked up the thing. Called GLS they said they would arrange it to be collected ASAP. Called them yesterday 4 weeks later and it's still not collected. An absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid like the plague. Had to raise a complaint with a supervisor on call as someone is not even bothering to do their job. The tell me they can then send me a letter to the receipient that its their fault and to request a refund... oh yeah great that'll work when they cannot even ring you back with an update on the location of the package. never ever again and I'll refuse to have anything delivered by these useless fools

Fazit nach Start im Oktober 2024

Ich bin nun seit Oktober 2024 dabei und muss sagen, alle Skepsis ist vollständig verflogen. Die Erkenntnis: wir glauben jedem Werbeversprechen über Mittelchen die uns helfen sollen wieder zu unserem Traumkörper bzw Traumgefühl zu kommen, investieren 1000de Euro dort hinein, nur um am Ende festzustellen, bringt nix.Anders bei Dennis, dort werde ich richtig gut betreut, Habe ich Fragen, werden die beantwortet, habe ich Erfolg, feiern wir diesen zusammen. Erfahre ich eine Woche in der es nicht gut läuft, wird mir Mut zugesprochen.Alles in allem benötigt man diese Mittelchen nicht, sondern lediglich das finale umdenken in dem Punkt was wir in uns rein schaufeln! Keine Sekunde habe ich meine Investition in Dennis Programm bereut, denn ich feiere meinen Erfolg, bin endlich wieder in Shape und kann das ganze mit Job, Mann und Kindern super vereinbaren.Leicht kochbare, leckere gesunde schnell zubereitete Rezepte. Die Familie isst inzwischen ebenfalls mit!!!Vielen Dank Dennis für die stete Unterstützung und die dauerhafte Veränderung.Investiert in Umdenken statt in sinnfreie Wundermittel <3

Sehr positiv überrascht

Dennis ist ein toller Coach. Ich war überrascht, dass ich immer zeitnah Antworten bekomme, wenn ich fragen habe. Die Pläne für Ernährung und Training sind gut umsetzbar. Ich bin dankbar, dass ich Dennis durch Zufall gefunden habe. In den ersten 8 Wochen habe ich gute Fortschritte in die richtige Richtung gemacht. Danke für die Unterstützung Dennis!

LOST my €600 package

Consistent delays, awful tracking. My package has been delayed several times, a computer costing €600. They LOST the package and are now undertaking a search that could take up to 9 working days. Expected delivery was 4 working days. Absolutely ridiculous treating peoples valuable property like this, if a service ships through GLS I won’t be using them in future. Please avoid this company.
