Tracking not available aside from "parcel handed over to GLS" and then "parcel out for delivery". Parcels left in the street outside the building in all kinds of weather despite building being left accessible to facilitate delivery. Delayed deliveries. Parcels supposedly delivered but God only knows where. I am writing this in the wake of their misdelivering yet another one of my orders. I live in a city and I have a straightforward address - house number, estate name, street name, city, eircode. To GLS deciphering that is rocket science, apparently.I don't know why any business would choose them as their delivery partner - they make themselves look bad by association. And to GLS - please do not bother responding with a request that I reach out to your CS support. I did. Never heard back. I will not be wasting any more of my time by trying to call. I have already requested a replacement order (hopefully you can get that one right) and I will leave it to the retailer to deal with you. UPDATE: I did not hear a single word from GLS CS but my parcel was delivered by a very nice but rather frazzled looking driver today, on a Sunday, 30 March, at 9am which would have been 8am if not for the time change last night. He didn't know where my parcel ended up being delivered to on Thursday but said that GLS experienced some sort of a system error as a result of which some deliveries ended up in Galway, for example, instead of this area (south-east). I have to wonder. Misdirected deliveries are a constant theme with GLS. It certainly wasn't the first time that my own parcel went where it shouldn't have. So either they suffer from regular system malfunctions, or this is just a PR stunt whereby they instructed their drivers to say the above in an attempt to cover their own shortcomings.
Wish I didn't have to give them any stars..they had package in the depot since 20th March..I emailed them,..also emailed Vendor who told me items were now lost..then GLS said this afternoon..delivery was made!..lies..I am here!..not the first time this shower has let me down, they are not interested in rural deliveries!
Booked my car in with suspected faulty oxygen sensor, the garage diagnosed the car after I told them the symptoms and told me i was correct and within a few hours the repair was authorised, once the part was delivered they got on it straight away, unfortunately my wheel was damaged in the process but they rectified the problem and refurbished my wheel so all good, would 100% use again
I felt really hopeless, exhausted, not feeling as if I am accomplishing what I need to do/ learn/understand to pass the PMP exam. However, today 25th March 2025 I had a one on one session with Gabor and he gave me hope with a structured approach to learning what I need to to succeed. What has happened to this fantastic company. I bought my first wardrobe from them more than 30 years ago, and have bought three or four since. Today, they do not answer calls, respond to emails when I try and order another one. Have they gone bust?
They will keep your winnings. I have the proof. I made deposits and I won with my deposits, THEY accidentally credited me another deposit (again, it was their error) and then said that because they made this mistake that the winnings I made with my other deposits didn't have to be paid. Since they don't have a real license they have complete freedom to do whatever they want.You can see how they treated me and how CasinoGuru protected them and victim blamed me on my complaint for Weiss on CasinoGuru it is the complaint "players account has been blocked" . It's disgusting to see how both these companies treat players. Do not use this site! If you lose they have your money, if you win you won't get your winnings, so why take that chance?
