Have a scription of supplements that come every month, GLS was to deliver it on Tuesday but when I checked the tracking system it stated no one was home and it could not be delivered, my wife was home all day. The package sat in the Wearhouse on Wednesday and I emailed them and got an apology and informed it would be delivered today but again no parcel. With a note on the tracking number saying no one was in again. A joke of a company. A carrier pidgin would have been better
This was the first time the delivery person left the parcel in the shed and even left a note in the post box to alert me to it - thank you Mickey!! He gets five stars from me, and the person who used to deliver at mine consistently left packages out in the rain on the front step even when I taped a note at the door requesting to leave it in the shed. One star for him as it appeared deliberate.
