Why no 0 star

Why no 0 star? Even 1 star is too good for this company.My parcel was showing 'out for delivery and will be deliverd during the day' so I stayed home all day because it's an expensive item. At 10pm, system changed to' the parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent'. What a joke, the fact is I was home with wife and kids. I have CCTV live recording 24/7 as well as video doorbell. There was nobody, don't lie to me!

Ryan with gls

Can I just say , Ryan is a great delivery driver. He helped me carry the box around the back as I am unable to do so on my own which many drivers would not do or would leave the package outside for anyone to take. He was very friendly too

Great Driver

We are a business that use this delivery service daily and I cannot commend the driver Andrew enough. He is very friendly and nothing is too much of an ask. If only they were all like him.
