I Find it hard to believe how bad the experience has been here. Two week before christmas I ordered something from a German Shop. 20th dec was quoted the latest arrival. Its now Jan 12th and the tracking hasn't changed nor has their lack of info. I will not shop with another store that uses Gls . Horrid experience

What i loved most about the PMP-OS is that Gabor was ALWAYS reachable to take questions, to explain and to motivate; his availability didnt end after our classes on Fridays. GLS has to be the worse courier company world wide my order has been delayed since before CHRISTMAS customer service do not want to help I called today only to be hung up on after 40 minutes i finally called again and a lady spoke to me very rude on the phone ,non national I am never using Gls again
Package delivered to the wrong address on friday 10th jan 2025. Contacted gls and package was retrieved.Courier called and said will deliver tue by the end of the day. No delivery still on wed 15th jan.Bad form and untrustworthy service. Will stay clear from gls in the future at all cost.
