Review Time
Avoid at all cost. I was moving countries and they made the experience a nightmare. First, they didn’t collect my 20 (moving) boxes when agreed. They finally collected them at the end of the third day of waiting after I had spent my whole day on the phone with their customer service. I was desperate at this point because I was supposed to be out of my flat the following day and out of the country the day after that. They collected but didn’t give me a receipt because the driver didn’t have the labels with him. I wasn’t in a position to make a fuss because of my moving situation. Next morning, someone from their depot calls me and tells me that there’s a problem with two of the labels (incorrect tracking numbers, one was to a wrong country (Czech Republic), the other number didn’t exist in their system, no idea how that’s even possible but it’s scary that their system is so bad that it can mix up deliveries). I asked them to contact the service provider (Eurosender - also to be avoided, they’re grossly incompetent and useless). I then called Eurosender and begged them to sort it out with GLS. Neither of them bothered to do anything. So unsurprisingly two of my boxes went missing. One ended up in Czech Republic despite me asking not to send my boxes until they’ve sorted the issue out with Eurosender. I got 17 out of my 20 boxes (a couple of weeks later than promised of course, and damaged but that was least of my worries). One more box arrived a couple of days later. The two missing ones I spent most of my summer on the phone and emailing with Eurosender and GLS to track down with little luck. Eventually, almost 4 months after thr boxes were collected, one more box arrived. It was found in Czech Republic and then sent to me. Obviously they had ignored my request not to send the boxes with wrong labels. I had to collect the box myself, it was not delivered even though I had ordered them with a home delivery since they’re 20kg each and I don’t have a car. Now they have finally informed me that they don’t know where the last box is and claim they never collected it. As if the phone call telling me about the issues with the tracking numbers never happened, and completely ignoring the proof that the original tracking number from Eurosender was wrong. They refuse to refund me based on the claim that I don’t have a receipt for the collection. A receipt that they refused to give me in the first place. I lost my personal belongings, and the way they informed me about the situation (that it has not been found) was without any apologies, in a completely casual tone like that was just nothing out of ordinary. They claim they searched for it but on the other hand they claim they never collected it. This company should not be in business, it’s a borderline scam and their operation should be investigated.
The driver just marked that the parcel was delivered - but it was not! Ordered the coat from Reserved - thus had no choice in the delivery company. Reserved said it was delivered as GLS has marked it as delivered, but there is no proof of the delivery- no one has signed for the parcel!! How can it be marked as delivered without proof of delivery? Now i have to stress and waist my time on finding my parcel??? Noone to talk to in GLS - only stupid e-mails. The phone that is given on the website is not operational!!!

Gls delivered an empty and open box to my partners office, the item had clearly falling out of the box in transit. Nobody got to sign for parcel as they were away front desk for a minute. Bizare that an empty package would be delivered!! In process of trying to get my money back for expensive item.
Ich war am anfang echt skeptisch ob das was für mich ist aber ich muss sagen ich bereue nichts.🙂Die Pläne werden auf die persönliche Situation abgestimmt so das man einen eigenen individuellen Plan hat und es in den Alltag mit einbauen kann.Die Essenspläne sind auch einfach top und total easy nachzumachen.👌Für mich selbst muss ich sagen das ich viele neue Dinge durch die Pläne ausprobiere die ich so sonst nie ausprobiert hätte weil ich einfach keine Ahnung davon hatte 😅Ich merke schon nach ein paar Wochen nach der Entscheidung mit Dennis das anzugehen einen Unterschied.Ich bin fitter und auch mental merkt man einen deutlichen Unterschied. Ja es gibt auch Tage da ist man vielleicht nicht ganz so motiviert aber dann ist Dennis auch sehr gut zu erreichen und versucht so gut es geht zu helfen und einen wieder aufzubauen so das man schnell wieder seine Motivation findet.👌🙂Hat man irgendwas an den Plänen auszusetzen kann man auch einfach mit Dennis sprechen und es wird alles angepasst 🙂Ich würde trotz anfänglicher Skepsis die Entscheidung wieder treffen 👌

Sad to write this review. Sadly they used to be great. I completed a paid offer with them 5 weeks ago almost. Sent a request with all the evidence even screenshots of my bank statement. Not even a courtesy reply. They state that they reply within 5 business days. But this is no longer the case. Will update if I ever get a reply.
