Disappointed with the service provided by Sliderobes. My boyfriend an I booked a consultation for a designer to come and design a wardrobe for our bedroom and both took time off work to be home. They rescheduled once after they were 30 minutes late to the appointment and today they told us that they don't even service our area! Could have saved everyone time and told us when we booked the consultation in the first place.
We ordered wardrobes with Kevin from Maidstone who was very professional and helpful. I tried calling for 3 weeks to arrange an installation and no one called me back. I emailed Kevin on the 17 September and he arranged for someone to call me straight back. I have had to wait 5 weeks until the 22 and 23 of October. I now have just been informed some of my order is damaged and now I will have to wait another 5 weeks for fitting. I am not a very happy customer.Is waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me and then having to wait another 10weeks for installation fair, when you have over £5000 of our money?

Avoid at all cost. I was moving countries and they made the experience a nightmare. First, they didn’t collect my 20 (moving) boxes when agreed. They finally collected them at the end of the third day of waiting after I had spent my whole day on the phone with their customer service. I was desperate at this point because I was supposed to be out of my flat the following day and out of the country the day after that. They collected but didn’t give me a receipt because the driver didn’t have the labels with him. I wasn’t in a position to make a fuss because of my moving situation. Next morning, someone from their depot calls me and tells me that there’s a problem with two of the labels (incorrect tracking numbers, one was to a wrong country (Czech Republic), the other number didn’t exist in their system, no idea how that’s even possible but it’s scary that their system is so bad that it can mix up deliveries). I asked them to contact the service provider (Eurosender - also to be avoided, they’re grossly incompetent and useless). I then called Eurosender and begged them to sort it out with GLS. Neither of them bothered to do anything. So unsurprisingly two of my boxes went missing. One ended up in Czech Republic despite me asking not to send my boxes until they’ve sorted the issue out with Eurosender. I got 17 out of my 20 boxes (a couple of weeks later than promised of course, and damaged but that was least of my worries). One more box arrived a couple of days later. The two missing ones I spent most of my summer on the phone and emailing with Eurosender and GLS to track down with little luck. Eventually, almost 4 months after thr boxes were collected, one more box arrived. It was found in Czech Republic and then sent to me. Obviously they had ignored my request not to send the boxes with wrong labels. I had to collect the box myself, it was not delivered even though I had ordered them with a home delivery since they’re 20kg each and I don’t have a car. Now they have finally informed me that they don’t know where the last box is and claim they never collected it. As if the phone call telling me about the issues with the tracking numbers never happened, and completely ignoring the proof that the original tracking number from Eurosender was wrong. They refuse to refund me based on the claim that I don’t have a receipt for the collection. A receipt that they refused to give me in the first place. I lost my personal belongings, and the way they informed me about the situation (that it has not been found) was without any apologies, in a completely casual tone like that was just nothing out of ordinary. They claim they searched for it but on the other hand they claim they never collected it. This company should not be in business, it’s a borderline scam and their operation should be investigated.
The driver just marked that the parcel was delivered - but it was not! Ordered the coat from Reserved - thus had no choice in the delivery company. Reserved said it was delivered as GLS has marked it as delivered, but there is no proof of the delivery- no one has signed for the parcel!! How can it be marked as delivered without proof of delivery? Now i have to stress and waist my time on finding my parcel??? Noone to talk to in GLS - only stupid e-mails. The phone that is given on the website is not operational!!!
