DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE GLS …….. An absolute shambles of a company. I recently made a sale on the Zara Pre-Owned website and was provided with a GLS courier service label. I contacted the company to ascertain where my local parcel shop is. The suggested drop off points were no where near where I am located evidencing that the customer service agent is clueless about the geography of Dublin City. Since there was no convenient parcel shop, the customer service agent stated by email that they would arrange for pickup at my address but this did not happen . Eventually I located a parcel shop not wholly convenient and at my expense travelled to this location as I was time bound by Zara for the item to be forwarded to the buyer. My item was scanned in the parcel shop , however GLS failed to pick it up resulting in Zara cancelling my sale transaction. I have contacted GLS for the return of my property which remains in their parcel shop’s possession and have been advised that it is up to me to collect this item and that it is the parcel shop’s fault for not notifying them to collect the item even though it was scanned. I want my property returned to me promptly GLS and will continue to highlight your unprofessionalism and shambolic service until I get my item back. GLS , you appoint your parcel shop agents so if it is their fault as you claim then sort it out and return to me what is legally mine.

Thief company.This is a comment i found here, it happened the same to me so I repost it:PD: They ask for score of 9 - 10 and below they attach 2 pdfs with the receipt and the car damages they invented.First of all they dont accept a full insurance purchased on booking.com where i booked a car.Second they charge you for scratches, eventhough i have video that these scratches were there before, the agent by pick up checked the video and said that everything is fine. But after 3 days i receive an email that they will take 150 euro from my account for the scratches. Not existing customer service. I reported on booking.com
2 months in a row GLS think it’s ok to lie. Last month they said they attempted a delivery and were unsuccessful. They never came, no card, 2 adults, 1 noisy German Shepherd and 4 CCTV cameras showed no-one came. We were home all day.This month they email saying they have delivered my parcel 4 hours ago. Again 2 adults here all day, the same barky dog and no delivery was made. I phone customer Service and I am told my Eircode is correct but someone called Rebecca 30km took delivery of my dog food. Onus back on me to see if my parcel will come in the next 3 days and then apparently as a good will gesture they’ll refund me if it’s missing. Really!!!! Terrible and incompetent service that then gaslights you with their lies on every delivery! I’d give no stars if I could and will cancel my dog food subscription with Petmania only because they use GLS

Package meant to be delivered on Friday, never showed, rang them and they said the driver didn't have time to deliver it ( I live 20 mins from the depot). I thought then the package would be delivered on Monday but nothing. Rang head office again and they informed me that they have no phone number for the depot. Still movement on the package. A bunch of clowns
