Review Time
My package was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of September. It is now the 10th and there is still no sign of it and looking like it won't be delivered today either. All I've been told each time I rang is that the driver ran out of time but they will get in touch with the warehouse. Terrible experience Now to make it even better they're claiming that the package has already been delivered to my address which is completely untrue as I've been home the entire time.Another update, it's been delivered to the wrong adress nearly an hour away.
This company are an absolute joke. My Daughter used their collection pick up point in Kilmuckridge..left her parcel there on 27the of July and its now 5th of September and its still in the shop waiting to be collected. At this stage she will probably not get a refund for the item from the company it was to be sent back to. There have been numerous phonecalls to GLS and they have promised to collect but no sign of it happening. An email sent to complain yesterday but I don't have any faith in this coming to any reasonable conclusion. I will be taking legal advice on this matter now.
