Just awful service from start to finish. We bought a car that came with gearbox and engine warranty. Once we got the car we had the warranty full details emailed to us with a lot of exclusions. After 4weeks of our car the engine light came on after a long costly process it was confirmed fuel injector had gone. Obviously 2 days AA took to come back and rejected the claim. Don't go with AA even if it's a dealership as they will mess you around and do their best to not pay out
Doesn’t get back to customer emails. Phone queues that done move for 30 minutes. Find it hard to believe I was in position 9 for nearly 40 minutes.My parcel got stuck in the Netherlands then magically moved to Dublin where it has now also been stuck for over a week with no movement - you try and call and you’ll never get through - you email - there’s no indication they’ll ever even get back to you (spoiler, they dont) Just tell me where my parcel is?I have 2 case numbers because I never heard back the first time.
So unhelpful. Emailed twice to find my parcel. Meant to be delivered the other day. They said they attempted to deliver it but nobody was home. Complete lie as my family member was home all day. Ridiculous wait for customer service. Apparently they make more money if they send the parcel back to where they got it from.
Fitter arrived on time to install our wardrobes but failed to tell us that 3 doors are missing.When asked about the doors he said that they hadn't been made, OK bit of a cock up no problem, but unfortnatly no body from the Maidstone branch has contacted us which was some 3 weeks ago,even after leaving messages.
Excellent experience from start to finish.We visited the Belfast store and met with Rebecca who put together a design for us. Not knowing really what we wanted or needed when we started, Rebecca guided us through the design process, giving us options we didn't think were possible (like round the corner rails!) and suggested practical changes to help the design work for our space. We are incredibly happy with how the design turned out and Rebecca made the process much easier than we thought it would be! We love how our dressing room has now been fitted out. The fitter, Gavin who installed our sliderobes was professional, tidy and fitted everything exactly how we imagined it. I was very surprised at how little dust was left despite all the cutting and sawing I could hear! Really happy with the customer service calls before and after fitting too. We would 100% use sliderobes again!
