Worse delivery service. They don’t notify you when you are about to receive a parcel (I wasn’t expecting a delivery today). The driver calls to not deliver it, he can’t even tell who send the parcel and drops it in the worse place to pick up without a care instead of trying the neighbors because he’s not really trying to deliver it. The customer service is rude because they can’t do a thing for you and, I suppose, spends their days saying people they can’t do a thing. If you want to send a parcel to be received, don’t use them
We purchased a brand new car from Jemca Reading, we were looked after by a lovely lad called Finley. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He answered or went to find out answers to all our questions promptly, then called and emailed us with answers. On one occasion he called us at 6:15 pm, so he must have stayed late to ring us.He always had plenty of time for us. We didn’t feel like we were being rushed even when we kept coming up with more questions, he was very helpful, very patient, very polite and very professional, he did not fob us off. He dotted the i-s and crossed the t-s.We found him to be very thorough, for example, not just telling us how to connect our phones, but actually doing it for us so that we could see how it was done.We would certainly want to deal with Finley again and would highly recommend him to others. Thank you very much to all who prepared our brand new car for us, from the receptionist through salesmen all the way to the people doing the valeting service.
The 1st time GLS delivered Frames from Europosters 6 of the 8 frames were damaged. Europosters shipped out 6 replacement frames and yesterday the GLS driver delivered them to thr wrong address and even had the wrong person sign for them and now we have no idea where the replacement frames are and if/how we are getting them.
The courier went to the door, put the parcel on the ground and ran away. (there was no rain well), maybe the company needs to organize courses about door calls?These are such buttons at the door, if you click on this, in the house know that someone has come. You can also knock.
Worst company ever. Ordered from Zara. Received an email saying the order was delivered but it wasn't. They didn't reply to my emails. When I called the customer care line, I was on 'position 8' for more than an hour. I had just left my phone and speaker and waited. I eventually realised I lost my money as they're just scamming people out of the blue.
