The service the company provides its absolute absurd . The driver refuse to deliver my package. Give me abuse over the phone . Treating me that he knows where I live . The company refused to do anything about it . Never use this courier company. They are ridiculous.
What can I say. An absolute disgrace of a company . First tv was delivered left on porch upside down , no warning no phone call nothing . Surprise tv damaged .we are now waiting on a replacement to be delivered and an uplift of the old one .So back onto Callaghans supplier to find out what is happening they tell us that our tv will be delivered Friday that’s great as we are going away Sunday and gls don’t deliver weekends .check tracking looks like it’s stuck in Blarney down the road from us . Ring girl in office she says looks like it’s not being delivered today no one’s going to be in the house for a week . She assures me she will get back to me with updates nothing ! . Send email toSay we can take tv Friday 15 th guess what no reply no tv . Callaghan ring to confirm delivery for Friday . Still waiting . Husband rings gls again your delivery will be out Monday no one’s going to be here we all work weekdays . What a joke . So basically I’m waiting on a tv for nearly a month and I feel this one will be damaged too, i will never buy from a company that uses this shower of s**t . Shambolic sums them up very angry customer 😡
