Shocking. Their customer support team is so rude and they actually display on their website that their Trustpilot reviews are 3.9 when in fact its much lower.They never update the GLS tracker and the amount of times I have seen their drivers chuck stuff on the ground outside my door is incredible.

I have a highly disappointing and frustrating experience I recently encountered at here. I had an appointment at 10 am for recall maintenance. To my dismay, I discovered that my car was left parked in the service center's parking bay until 3:30 pm when the actual servicing commenced. I received my car back at 5:30 pm, indicating that the service only took approximately 2 hours. This situation raises serious concerns about the management of appointments and the efficiency of service at your center. The 5.5-hour delay before my vehicle was attended to is unacceptable, and it resulted in a significant waste of my time. I find it perplexing that I was asked to arrive at 10 am for a service that only required 2 hours, leaving my car idle for an extended period without any apparent reason.I have checked a few times for the status, and everytime they just told me your car will be ready anytime by 5:30pm. They don't even checked with the technicians for the latest status. I don't feel they are willing to help.
