Super Coaching, sehr hilfsbereiter Coach

Ich bin jetzt seit etwas mehr als einem Monat bei Dennis im Coaching und ich kann nur sagen, dass es die beste Entscheidung war, die ich treffen konnte. Seine Ernährungspläne und die Trainingsaufgaben für zuhause sind so auf mich abgestimmt. Auch als Berufstätige Mutter mit 2 Kindern krieg ich das ohne größe Mühe hin. Die Übungen kann man abends zuhause machen, oder mal zwischendurch. Dennis ist ein super Coach. Durch die App ist er gut erreichbar und er antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen, gibt Tipps und motiviert einen sehr viel. Durch das was er selbst alles erlebt hat und uns auch einen Einblick gibt, hat man immer wieder das Gefühl, das man alles schaffen kann, auch wenn ein Tah vielleicht mal nicht so super war. Und er freut sich jede Woche mit einem, wenn man seinem Ziel wieder etwas näher gekommen ist.

A very professional

A very professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. I am on a service plan and receive regular reminders when my service and MOT is due, with online check in, wonderful assistance at reception regularly updating me on status and customer service is second to none. Car returned cleaned and drives beautifully smooth. My family has now been with them for over 25 years. I would highly recommend Jemca.
