Review Time
Ordered a new fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture. Sales person was professional and we were happy with the ordering process. I explained that the install had to complete within 8 weeks due to my wife having upcoming major cancer surgery. 8 weeks is the timescale listed in Sliderobes terms and conditions so we were not asking for anything special, just ensuring that the timescales we needed were met and they understood the importance to us.Install was scheduled for 8 weeks later :-Half way through the install on the day the installer informed us that a pull out hanging rail and shoe rack for the wardrobe were not ready and all the bedroom furniture was missing legs and glass tops making them unusable (bottom drawer won’t open without being off the floor). Surely you would discuss this with the customer in advance and not after the old wardrobe has been dismantled and leaving us with no choice. Anyway, not a major issue, mistakes happen and Sliderobes said they would rectify ASAP. The installer and his work were excellent – no issues at all there.We had a second visit 2 weeks later to fit the missing parts. During this visit the installer noticed that one of the glass tops for the furniture was damaged so Sliderobes had to schedule a 3rd visit.3rd visit was scheduled for 8 days later but was cancelled by Sliderobes the day before. 4th visit was scheduled for today (almost 4 weeks after the original install). We stayed in all day, phoned them this morning to confirm they were coming and we were told they would. Surprise surprise no-one came – we had to phone again at the end of the day to be told that no-one was coming. Thanks so much for wasting yet another valuable day just before surgery.We are now waiting for a 5th visit to be scheduled. If we had our time again we would never have ordered from Sliderobes - the distress you have caused us and the number of wasted days at a critical time to us (that you are fully aware of) is disgraceful. Mistakes happen and a test of a company is how they deal with them. Your product and installers are great but your logistics, communication and outright lack of compassion for your customers is unforgivable.Edit : Just providing a further update :-1) Before writing the review I had asked for a manager to call me. This never happened.2) A week before writing the review my wife asked to submit an official complaint - we were told that this was passed onto head office, but no-one ever followed up.3) The TrustPilot reply said someone would be in contact with me the same day. No-one ever called to address this. 6 days later we received a call from someone that had no history just trying to schedule a new date. We said we would call back in 7 days since my wife was now in hospital recovering from surgery.We received a call today and the earliest appointment to rectify issues is in another 16 days time. Let's hope someone shows up.Edit 2:Slider Robes finally worked with me and moved the final repair forward by 14 days. The install is now complete. Sliderobes has a good product and great installers but the back office and scheduling really needs some TLC. I appreciate the apology received.

The service the company provides its absolute absurd . The driver refuse to deliver my package. Give me abuse over the phone . Treating me that he knows where I live . The company refused to do anything about it . Never use this courier company. They are ridiculous.
