Review Time
I tracked my parcel and it stated that it was delivered. It wasn't delivered to me! I called GLS customer service who tracked it and located where it was delivered to - NOWHERE near my address. What a joke. They responded that they messaged the driver to retrieve this parcel and get it redelivered correctly, but if I don't hear from him this evening to get in contact with GLS again tomorrow... very angry at this point. It's been hours, and evening time now when I write this review for TrustPilot, and no word or follow-up. I will continue to follow-up until my parcel is delivered to me, or I am compensated for this. Zero stars for this experience.Will update if I receive my parcel in one piece!
Driver was very courteous and waited for me to answer the door… lots of others ring the bell and leave !! I had never heard of GLS until today, but was very pleasantly surprised by this driver …. he explained to me when I asked, where does GLS come from ? I really hope to see more of GLS in the future 🤗

Had a battery failure 3 months after buying the car, local Ford dealer Evans Halshaw Bury couldn't look at it for 2 weeks, took it to Halfords Bolton workshop next day & it was replaced free, no quibble at all, I had the top AA warranty cover.

This absolute sh*tsh*w of an outfit is only getting one star because the system won't allow me to give zero. Their nasty little courier delivered my parcel to the wrong house then harrassed me. Three weeks and counting of what I can only describe as criminal levels of farce have continued and I've spent hours trying to get them to do their basic job. I have never in my life come across a more incompetent courier. Do not buy anything if it's delivered by GLS. Tell the vendor to switch to another courier.
