The 2nd day waiting on my package and no sign of it. Tracking justs says out for delivery for the last 12 hrs. The 1st day it was marked as could not deliver because "reception was closed" but i live in a house and there were people home all day. Not only that but GLS delivered a different parcel to us on the same day! Dont use this courier and I'll be advising the company I bought from not to use them in the future.
Disgraceful!!! My car is currently sat outside my house and my Grandma with Alzheimer’s (alas it’s not her fault) is ringing and getting upset asking why I can’t go over….. This is terrible!They will lie and tell you if they’ve seen you before that they told you X instead of Y!!! NO EMAILED REPORT RECEIVED TO PROVE?!Make sure you record everything they say to you when they arrive - but actually just don’t do it - I’m disabled and rely on my car to get to Grandma and I told them all this when I took the policy out - 100% dishonest and I’ve had to go to a higher body for help.All this right now doesn’t help me/my Grandma
I missed a delivery so I emailed customer service, they replied quickly, advising they would arrange for my package to be delivered to a parcel shop nearby and it should be there in 1-2 working days, this was in the afternoon and the package was available to be collected within 24 hours, outstanding customer service
