Fantastic service from Sam at Bracknell this afternoon. After a terrible experience at a different branch earlier that day I was almost put off buying a Toyota car but Sam changed my entire opinion on this and gave fantastic and honest customer service. Thank you Sam.
should be zero, delivered and signed for....... not my house not my signature. been told by customer services to send email to complain...so what do they do at customer services hotline ???? WHO SIGNED ? the driver me thinks, dumping on wrong door step whilst fleeing.......and more importantly where's my parcel???? This is no way to carry on,poor show.

It was a good offerwall when I started earning from it but later when I completed an offer, they only gave me partial credits. I should be given a total of 4000 credits but they only credited 600 and now not letting me log into my freshdesk account to review the report of ticket. They say they will credit within 72 hours but it's been a week since I haven't gotten a word from them. They seemingly look like they are cheating on their customers.
Ich habe mich im Januar für das Coaching bei Dennis entschieden und bin extrem froh, diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben 🙏🏼Zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich mit dem Coaching angefangen habe, habe ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Der Blick in den Spiegel war sehr, sehr unangenehm. Das hat dann natürlich auch Auswirkungen auf die Psyche gehabt. Ich habe mich einfach nicht gut und wohl gefühlt.Jetzt, nach rund 5 Monaten, kann ich sagen, dass ich auf einem super Weg bin. Das Selbstvertrauen kommt zurück und die Angst vor dem Blick in den Spiegel verschwindet. Dafür bin ich einfach extrem dankbar 🙏🏼Dennis ist super flexibel, Gerichte werden sofort angepasst und Antworten auf Fragen kommen auch super schnell. Die Art und Weise der Antwort ist dabei immer nett und hilfsbereit, sodass man keine Sorge hat eine Frage zu stellen 😊Ich kann das Coaching bei Dennis also nur empfehlen und freue mich auf die weitere Reise, denk es gibt noch einiges zu tun 💪🏻Aber ich bin mir sicher, mein Ziel mit Dennis zu erreichen 😊
Followed the tracking details, all going as normal then went to delivered, great!! But checked and no parcel. Gave benefit of doubt by afternoon nothing. Called CS rep said keep phone beside you. That was yesterday, it's now after 5pm still nothing. Absolute joke, never have issues with Amazon or DPD. Will update to let everyone know how they solve their problem...
