Jemca - Edgware Road.......Superlative service from the whole service team....... From the initial telephone call to make the booking, to the vehicle handover after the inspection was carried out. Simon the call handler was most proficient, explaining the procedure of taking my vehicle to the dealership, to what will happen during the time my vehicle will be in the workshop. The entire service team were beyond reproach, helpful, courteous and above all polite, an absolute pleasure to take my vehicle to this dealership. Would highly recommend.A notable mention to Aisha Paxton. A smiley cheerful lady, and most helpful.Other main dealers from other brands need to take note.Well done Jemca, a credit to Toyota.
Just purchased a new car from Toyota Jemca Croydon for the second time.Truly first class service from start to finish. Absolutely terrible service . Each time I order my package to be picked up GLS is always late and never pick up packages on time. I payed delivery through Eurosender and booked pick up date three days ago and GLS needed to pick up package today between 9am -6pm . I am all day at home waiting for my package to be picked up and again they did not come . Disgraceful.

When my tracking says delivered I was confused, email GLS and found out that the driver sent my parcel to my "neighbor" instead of my actual address!!!! I waited all day for it and no one rang the bell or even knocked the door!! This is ridiculous!!! Even if they are leaving it at my door would be way better than leaving it to strangers!!!!!! Now I will probably never see my parcel again ! I am so ANGRY about this and how could a delivery company even DO this?????? Why do I even bother to put my address on my parcel when they just delivered to STRANGERS??????
I tracked my parcel and it stated that it was delivered. It wasn't delivered to me! I called GLS customer service who tracked it and located where it was delivered to - NOWHERE near my address. What a joke. They responded that they messaged the driver to retrieve this parcel and get it redelivered correctly, but if I don't hear from him this evening to get in contact with GLS again tomorrow... very angry at this point. It's been hours, and evening time now when I write this review for TrustPilot, and no word or follow-up. I will continue to follow-up until my parcel is delivered to me, or I am compensated for this. Zero stars for this experience.Will update if I receive my parcel in one piece!
