Anfangs war ich ein wenig skeptisch, denn solche Fitnesscoachings werden massenweise angeboten und wie kann man da wissen, welches denn jetzt gut ist und ob das ganze überhaupt funktioniert. Das Coaching ist nun abgeschlossen und ich kann sagen, bei Dennis seid ihr in guten Händen. Ich ziehe jetzt nicht nur bereits seit einem Jahr konsistent das Training durch, sondern habe auch ein neues Gefühl für mein Essverhalten, meinen Körper und Lebensmittel im Allgemeinen bekommen. Dennis hatte es echt nicht leicht mit mir, da ich sowohl vegetarisch bin als auch laktose intolerant. Der Ernährungsplan wurde dennoch auf mich abgestimmt und auch Fitnessübungen, die weniger gut zu mir passten oder in irgendeiner Weise schmerzten, wurden gestrichen und ersetzt. Auch meine Fragen wurden total schnell beantwortet und Dennis war immer da, wenn ich mal Bedenken hatte oder irgendwas für mich nicht passte! Danke dir vielmals für den Support und das Coaching.
