Natalie Rooney was so helpful when I called, she got in touch with the driver as my phone number was not on my parcel and the driver then called me to see what to do with the parcel as I wasn't at home when he arrived. Ich habe mich Ende Januar für das coaching bei Dennis entschieden und bereue es keine Sekunde. Ich habe nicht nur abgenommen, sondern mein Selbstbewusstsein ist gestiegen und ich liebe mich wieder selbst 🫶 Ernährungsplan und Trainingsplan werden an mich angepasst und lassen sich super umsetzen. Ich würde mich immer wieder bei dream-believe-fight anmelden 😊
Ich kann jedem, der das Ziel hat, sich wieder wohler in seinem Körper zu fühlen, empfehlen, sich bei Dennis' Coaching anzumelden. Ich war anfangs eine Karteileiche im Gym, habe nicht darüber nachgedacht, was ich esse und habe keinen Anfang gefunden, um abzunehmen. Ich hatte keine Erfolge und dementsprechend auch keine Motivation. Was ich brauchte, war ein Ernährungsplan, der auf mich und meine Vorlieben abgestimmt war. Durch das Training, egal ob zuhause oder im Gym, habe ich endlich wieder Erfolge gehabt. Nicht nur auf der Waage, sondern auch optisch. Meine Kleidung wurde zu groß und insgesamt habe ich mich wieder wohler gefühlt. Heute bin ich wieder zufrieden mit mir, aber ich weiß auch, dass ich dran bleibe und Gas gebe. Denn so wohl, wie ich mich durch Dennis Unterstützung und seine Motivation fühle, so wohl habe ich mich lange nicht mehr gefühlt. In diesem Sinne, ein riesen Dankeschön an den besten Coach ♡ :)
