Review Time
AA came out to me when some lights came up on my car, we hadn’t set up our cover at the time that came with the car so we paid for the call out but this was refunded as promised once the cover was set up. Then we contacted the AA with a claim, the car was booked in for diagnostic and approved within a couple of days and once the car was fixed the money was sent to me straight away. Brilliant service
Terrible service. I received the warranty documents a month after i purchased and received the car. This meant only got 2 months cover when i was meant to have 3 months cover. The car broke down in the first month and I had nobody to call. When I received the documents a month late I stated all the problems I had had an was repeatedly told" We don't cover that". I definitely would not use or recommend AA warranty they are very unhelpful. I even had to replace the windscreen the vehicle arrived not as advertised and had engine warning lights illuminated on the dashboard. The start n stop system has never worked. The MOT certificate dated the day before purchase said Repair as soon as possible. The AA warranty and the trader were no help at all.
It took two weeks for the problem to be solved. Communication between the garage and AA was extremely poor and I was forced to intervene almost on a daily basis. Getting in touch with the AA claims department was incredibly difficult and it usually took almost an hour to get through.
Until I received this email I thought the garage had carried out the work, I was unaware they had made a claim against the warranty. This was the third time the car had been back for quite major repairs since I collected it on the 31 st of May , resulting in it being off the road for quite sometime. However the work was satisfactory.
My warranty case was slightly out of the line and it was with David Misseldine from WMS who assisted me in the best possible way to sort it out. I think WMS in terms of process and to understand customer requirements is very intelligent company and helps customers in all possible ways.Good luck to the company and its staff.
I know people are always quick to give poor reviews but I for one had a very positive experience with GLS. The package I was waiting for was time sensitive so when I rang to see if it would be delivered today as instructed on the website tracking, Rachel was very helpful and pleasant when contacted and rang the driver to see would it definitely get out today as I would come collect at the depot if not! She rang me back promptly and assured me it would be delivered today and an hour later it was here!
