I've been using the complete mushroom coffee blend for almost a year now, and can honestly say it's made a huge difference! Not only has the quality of my sleep improved, but the main benefit for me has been my cognitive function. My ob/gyn recommended shiitake mushroom supplement to cure HPV! She gave me a study in which people took 150 mg (3 capsules from Shroom Shop mushrooms) for 1 year and cleared the virus completely! Good product and speedy delivery, added bonus that it's local to me! Only thing that I'd change and it's really minor but I'd like the coffee flavour to be a bit stronger, can't say there was a particularly strong mushroomy flavour so no problem there, I just prefer my coffee with a little more flavour.
