I attempted to create ranking videos, but all the videos I uploaded just stopped working. They offer a "fix it" option that does nothing... I can't download the video, and they don't even save the links to the clips I included, so now I have to search for them again. Very poor experience.

Most of the time, the videos I create won't even download, forcing me to start over repeatedly. Additionally, features like text-to-speech never function correctly. I've tried it multiple times with no success... and when I reach out to the support team about these issues, I receive no response.
