Disappointingly, my 8-year-old cat, who has enjoyed this brand for a long time, suddenly refused to even taste the latest canned food. Even her favorite flavor—tuna—was left untouched. No amount of coaxing worked with any of the recent multipack flavors. This is very unusual for her, suggesting a change in the recipe. When I reached out to the company, they mentioned that recipes can vary slightly due to seasonal ingredients, but it’s strange that she won’t eat any from this batch. Now I have a lot of unusable tins and have lost trust in the brand. Such a waste of money.
I have two cats who are similar yet very different. One will eat anything and is much heavier than her sister, who is incredibly picky. For three years, we struggled to find a food that our smaller cat would eat without issues. She easily gets diarrhea and only wants gravy, regardless of the brand we try. That changed when we tried this product; it’s the ONLY food she truly enjoys. She finishes the entire sachet and licks the bowl clean. After five days of the new food, she eagerly awaits each meal and doesn’t stop until the bowl is empty. Best of all, her digestion is healthy, and she's more playful and energetic.
I purchased the tuna with seaweed, only to discover it was mislabelled and contained only tuna. I contacted the company, but their response took a long time, and they have since done nothing. I provided photo and video evidence, including labels and batch number, but received no follow-up. Having a different recipe than what is indicated on the label is concerning, especially for allergy reasons. This is not what I paid for. I've emailed again, but I doubt I’ll receive a response. It’s time to find my cat a new favorite, as this company seems indifferent to their customers and pets.

I emailed the company to inquire about any changes and was told that recipes can vary slightly due to seasonal ingredient changes, but it’s odd that my cat won’t touch any of the flavors from this multipack. Now I have many unusable tins and have lost faith in the brand.
Suddenly, my cat started vomiting daily. I immediately suspected a change in ownership, as has happened with other formerly great cat foods. Sure enough, I was right; the ownership has changed. Now it’s with a new group, and I need to search for another brand.
